Support Overview

Support Request Procedures:

Before contacting support please ensure you have looked at the product manuals which are located in the Help directory. You will need an Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view the documentation.

You can request support by sending an email to:

support@ost-systems.com.

Please state clearly which: software product, handheld computer, version number and your license key name which you have registered the software under. You may send .PDB, XML and application log files as email attachments.

Enterprise Edition requesting support should know what operating system, database and drivers they are using to be able to answer any technical questions.

Application Log files:
Every time the Document Assistant or Document Manager software is used a log file is produced which records internally what the software has done and if there are any problems that may have arisen. The log file is useful troubleshooting resource. The log files are located in the directory where you choose to install the software.
