Documents can be edited using the Smart Editor screen which
displays everything on one screen. The Overview screen is
perfectly designed for rapid data capture and quick editing.
The Capture screen records everything in more detail. At any
time you can view as readable English the recorded data captured,
or view the entire document ready for printing.

The Document Assistant provides an accurate process for consistently
recording details and producing documentation.
The software uses a document definition file which contains
all the descriptions, phrases and formatting rules used to
produce consistent documentation and also structure the information
as XML.
The dictionary file can contain tens of thousands of words
or phrases, so it can be used to accurately produce descriptive
English for any subject matter or industry. Any number of
words can be combined together to automatically produce an
accurate description.
The Document Manager software guides users through the information
recording process with flexible data entry forms ensuring
nothing important is overlooked. Users are presented with
the most common descriptions first and can drill down further
to find all the unusual descriptions helping them to record
exactly what they see. If a description is unique it can still
be recorded as a note in the document and later added to the
dictionary file.
Compatible
The Document Manager works on Tablet PCs, Web browsers and
Desktop PCs and is included with the handheld software. This
enables seamless integration and creates documents compatible
with Microsoft Word, Web pages and XML.
Documents can be exported to applications like MS Word or
any application you choose just by pressing the Export button.
