The Document Manager provides data management and desktop
support for the Document Assistant handheld software. It functions
on the Tablet or desktop PC.
The Document Manager completes the automation process for
the handheld software by enabling documents to be stored,
edited and printed on the PC.
You can edit all details without typing, and it creates
documents using your own standard document templates which
can contain images, additional text content and styling automatically.
This specially designed software enables documents to be
published or exported to a variety of standard formats like:
MS Word, HTML Web pages and XML format automatically.
The Document Manager integrates directly with external applications
like Word, Internet Explorer or any third party application
you choose by launching that application and passing it the
required file format.
The Document Manager software is included with and works
with the Document Assistant handheld software, or can be purchased
separately to create documents for office use.
Smart Document Editor
The built in document editor lets you make content and formatting
changes without typing! The smart editor enables any last
minute changes or formatting corrections to be made without
any typing. As soon as a change is made, you can read the
English text in the panel below.
Using a Tablet PC touch screen or mouse enables information
to be entered quickly.
