Document Assistant on the Palm.
The sample application shows how a car
showroom could use the Document Assistant handheld software
to capture information and produce sales literature about
thier cars automatically.

1. The start screen.
Create or load a document. You can even load documents
from a database. |

2. Give each document
a unique name.
Select a standard form to fill in. |

3. The Overview screen
shows the Fiesta standard form.
Now we fill in the forms details. |
Produce descriptive English automatically:

enables everything to be recorded in detail.
In this case the Engine size is recorded. |

5. More headings are selected
and filled in.
Notice the + shows a heading has been filled in. |

6. The Preview screen
shows the auto generated text.
Perfect English and formatting created every time. |

is selected to describe the car.

The information can now be automatically saved into
the office database wirelessly and automatically email can be sent out with completed documentation as a work order to fix any problems.
